Acceptance

By using PQ Secure, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

PQ Secure provides end-to-end encrypted messaging using post-quantum cryptography. Messages are encrypted in your browser before being sent to the server. We have no ability to access, decrypt, or read your messages.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service for:

• Any illegal activity
• Distributing malware or malicious content
• Harassment, abuse, or spam
• Violating others' intellectual property rights
• Sharing account passwords we reserve the right to delete accounts that violate this without any warning

No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security. While we use NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptography, no encryption is theoretically unbreakable.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruption.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for abusive purposes.

Payment

Registration requires a one-time payment of 5 CHF processed by Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
