The short version: We do not collect personal data, we do not track you, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone. Your conversations are processed by the Lumo AI API and are not stored by us beyond the duration of your session.

1. Who we are

Sophie Tools is a collection of AI-powered micro-applications built on the Lumo AI API by Proton. This service is operated independently. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of this website.

2. What data we collect

We collect the minimum possible:

Session data: When you use an interactive tool (Debate Arena, Devil's Advocate), a temporary session file is stored on our server. This file contains only your conversation content and is automatically deleted after 24 hours or when you press "reset". Then is gone. Forever. Pufff.
No accounts: We do not require registration, email addresses, names, or any identifying information.
No tracking: We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts.
No active tracking: While our server logs standard technical data (as all webservers do), we do not log your IP address or browser fingerprint in connection with your usage.

3. How your input is processed

Text you enter into any tool on this platform is sent to the Lumo AI API, operated by Proton AG. Your input is processed by their infrastructure to generate a response. We do not control how Proton handles API requests. We encourage you to review Proton's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling.

We do not send your data to any other third party.

4. Session storage

For tools that support multi-turn conversations (Debate Arena, Devil's Advocate), your session is stored as a temporary file on our server identified by a random session ID in your URL. This file:

Contains only the text of your conversation
Is not linked to any personal identifier
Is automatically deleted after 24 hours
Can be manually deleted at any time by clicking "Close session" or "Reset"
Is accessible to anyone who has your session URL do not share it if the conversation is sensitive

5. Generated PDFs

PDFs generated by the Debate Arena and Devil's Advocate are stored temporarily on our server alongside their session and are deleted at the same time as the session (after 24 hours or on manual reset). They are accessible only via the direct download link shown in the interface.

6. Cookies

We do not use cookies of any kind not for sessions, not for preferences, not for analytics. If you like cookies we will encorage you to find other website.

7. Children's privacy

These tools are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Your rights

Since we do not collect personal data linked to your identity, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. If you have used an interactive session tool, your data is already gone within 24 hours. You may delete it immediately by using the reset or close session functions in the interface.

9. Data security

Session files are stored on a server with standard security measures. Communications between your browser and our server are encrypted via HTTPS. That said, no internet transmission is 100% secure please do not enter highly sensitive personal information into any AI tool.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
